You can now enter and track invoices and sales data, enter and track payment history, integrate with QuickBooks which eliminates double entry and add this new invoicing module to any FileMaker solution creating a single complete package including to our very own Core2 CRM solution.

FileMaker is the number one workgroup database software, can run on both Macintosh and Windows operating systems and can be easily customized to meet any specific needs you have now or may need in the future. You can create custom reports to meet your company needs and have unlimited search capability for any field.

The QuickBooks file is generally sensitive in nature. You can now share invoice information with your staff without exposing the QuickBooks file itself or the payroll and asset accounts reside. Multiuser capabilities have also been expanded. Even the most extensive version of QuickBooks Enterprise can only support 20 simultaneous users. However, FileMaker can support up to 250 [999 users with FileMaker Server Advanced], which means you have the option to giving all your FileMaker users the ability to see important sales and payment information.
